This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Choose between the original workout flow where you manually progress from exercise to exercise, or Auto-Advance where the workouts come to life (for both the 12 Week Program and the Pull-up Program). Auto-Advance Mode: • Each workout has timed sets for each exercise with rest and transition time built in. For rep-based movements you manually advance once the reps are completed. In your settings, you can adjust: • the amount of time per exercise • the amount of time between each exercise • the amount of extra time for transitions between standing to floor, or vice versa, movements Fixes issues with video playback. |
